Duran Designs was established in 1996 as a home based business. Quickly outgrowing our home, we transformed an 1844 historic home into Westfield, Indiana's premier place to shop. Our goal is to provide consumers with quality silk flower arrangements, home and garden accessories, and a unique selection of gift items. We have eight showrooms that offer a visual and stimulating experience.

SHIPPING TIME Many of the orders are shipped UPS five (5) to ten (10) business days after the date we receive the order and payment. We charge your credit card after the item is shipped within three (3) working days. We will ask UPS e-mail you the tracking number and estimated delivery date. The exceptions are: (1) Merchandise back ordered by the manufacturer or manufacturers warehouse. Domestic backorders may be delayed four to eight weeks. Imported backordered items will take longer due to shipping and production delays. EyCatchers will often need to be special ordered from the manufacturer due to the large selection we carry. Please expect a 4-6 week shipping time on EyCatchers orders. (2) High volume of sales because of holidays.
